Shipping Policy for Better Greens Farms
At Better Greens Farms, we’re committed to delivering the freshest microgreens straight from our farm to your door. To ensure top quality, we currently handle all deliveries ourselves within our service area.
1. Delivery Area

2. Delivery Schedule
- Weekly Deliveries: Orders, including subscription boxes, are delivered on designated delivery days each week. Delivery day will be confirmed upon order placement or subscription sign-up.
- Time of Delivery: Delivery times may vary based on your location and our delivery route. While we strive for consistency, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Special Requests: If you have specific delivery instructions, such as gate codes or preferred drop-off locations, please include these details at checkout or in your account profile.
3. Order Cut-Off Times
- Orders and subscription changes must be placed by [10:00 AM Monday] to ensure delivery in the upcoming delivery window. Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered during the following week’s scheduled deliveries.
4. Receiving Your Delivery
- To ensure freshness, please leave a cooler out on your designated delivery day if you’re not home. Our team will place your microgreens in the cooler to keep them fresh until you return.
- If no cooler is left out and you are unavailable at the time of delivery, Better Greens Farms is not responsible for any loss of freshness due to delayed retrieval of the products.
5. Delivery Fees
- We are pleased to offer free delivery within our service area for all orders of $18 or more. We do not currently offer smaller deliveries.
6. Missed Deliveries and Redelivery
- If we are unable to complete a delivery due to incorrect address details or other accessibility issues, please contact us as soon as possible. In most cases, we can arrange a redelivery for an additional fee or hold the order for pickup at the farm.
7. Subscription Orders
- Subscribers to our weekly microgreens box receive automatic weekly deliveries. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your online account, or by contacting us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery.
